The projects, located in Arlington, VA, Sterling, VA, Tenleytown, DC, Rockville, MD, comprised of tenant fit-outs within existing base building shell spaces. The projects included new MEP systems, architectural finishes, and the required food service facilities (including kitchen and food preparation areas, storage, transaction counter, and patron areas).
Project management services included bid process management, contractor negotiation, design review, construction oversight and progress documentation, change order review, and management of the project budget.
