Charron Consulting was the Project Manager for the modernization and phased renovation of the Colannades of Charlottesville, a Sunrise Senior Living facility located in Charlottesville, VA.
The project renovation included modernization to the facilities' livinga reas, outdoor courtyard, and units. A Bistro and Kitchenette were added to the second floor. Construction was completed while occupied.
Charron Consulting provides project management assistance for the interior and exterior renovation of Sunrise Senior Living facilities across the continental U.S. Project management services include bid process facilitation, contractor negotiation, contract award, design review, meeting management, construction oversight and progress documentation, coordination with the Health Department, change order review, and management of the project budget.
