Project Summary
Charron Consulting was the construction manager for the complete renovation of the 3,700 seat historic auditorium. Work included the structural repair of the main floor slab, complete replacement of the floor and wall finishes, installation of new acoustical treatments, and replacement of all of the seating. The project had a tight, fixed deadline due to a scheduled live broadcast of a Whitney Houston concert. The renovation was completed on time and on budget. |
