Project Summary
Charron Consulting is providing full construction management services to the District of Columbia Courts for the interior renovation and replacement of 800,000 SF of occupied space located at 515 5th Street, NW, Washington, D.C.
The renovations include full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades, a new sprinkler and fire pump system, rehabilitation of courtrooms, jury rooms, and chambers, and upgrades to the office and administrative areas. In addition to the renovations, the project consists of restacking the 8 story building to make the daily operations more efficient. |
